Good and stunning location, overall I greatly enjoyed the hotel.

There where exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, an iron with ironing board and a TV set inside the room. Location: the hotel was right by metro. Café Resso Roasthouse located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

I must say thanks and I can't wait to return to this place.

The staff was very, very nice and helpful. the hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a secure area, so close to the lakes for walks, Tivoli Gardens, and Rathuspladsen Metro station. the location was fantastic and the private parking was outside.

We had a fantastic time at this place as it went above and beyond our expectations, the penthouse was well-equipped and the beds were cozy, plus the staff was exceptional allowing us to check in early.

Thanks a lot for a such wonderful stay, I would stay here again. Everything is pleasant, enjoyed my time here. - the rooms are large and incredible with super jumbo living space. - They have a fridge, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and my room was extraordinary, with a super comfy bed and hypoallergenic pillows, as well as a well-equipped kitchen.

Great location with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the apartment was spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining in. the bedroom provided ample storage space and the large windows allowed for plenty of natural light. the apartment manager was extremely helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

The exterior of the building did not match the pictures shown and the proximity to the water was misleading. the toilet required significant force to flush and there was no oven in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at a great location just a short walk from the center. the staff, particularly Nelli and Julie, were incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our questions and messages. the apartment itself was spacious, with a large living room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. the bedroom had plenty of storage space and the bathroom was clean and of a good size. the apartment had lots of windows, allowing for great natural light and cross ventilation. We appreciated the convenience of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Nelli truly exceeded our expectations with her support and responsiveness, even arranging for a fan during a hot and humid week. Cons: Nothing for me. .

I recently stayed at By The Lakes Apartments - Into This Place for a night before my city hall wedding. The location was very convenient and the apartment was comfortable and clean. The instructions provided were clear and helpful in navigating the stay. it was a good experience.

There were a few other minor issues during my stay. The wooden floor and bed in the studio apartment creaked, the dishes were not well cleaned upon arrival, and we never received the extra set of towels promised.

We had a fantastic penthouse with a huge living space and a great TV.
